2. Subscription Services
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time before the next billing date
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to receive services until then
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within the first 14 days for a full refund, provided no content has been delivered
- After 14 days or after content delivery has begun, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent renewal
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver any content within 30 days of your order without prior communication, you are entitled to a full refund for that billing period
- Significant Quality Issues: If the delivered content materially fails to meet the specifications of your chosen plan, and we are unable to resolve the issue through our revision process, you may request a partial or full refund
- Duplicate Charges: If you are charged more than once for the same service due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately
- Technical Errors: If a technical issue on our end results in an incorrect charge, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous amount
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in these cases:
- Content has been delivered and approved (or deemed approved after the 7-business-day review period)
- You change your mind about the service after content production has begun
- Dissatisfaction with results (rankings, engagement, leads) as these are influenced by many factors outside our control
- Failure to provide required information, assets, or feedback needed for content creation
- Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account termination
5. Revision Process Before Refund
Before requesting a refund for quality concerns, we encourage you to use the revision rounds included in your plan:
- Submit specific, actionable feedback on the delivered content
- Our team will revise the content based on your feedback within 3-5 business days
- If after all included revision rounds the content still does not meet your plan specifications, contact us to discuss a refund
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@contentmonday.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email, order or subscription ID, and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Refunds for annual subscriptions may be prorated based on the months of service already delivered
8. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks incur processing fees and may result in the suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving any billing disputes quickly and fairly.
9. Free Trials
If we offer a free trial period, no charge will be made during the trial. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your subscription will begin and you will be billed according to the plan terms.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
